This course is required for all persons who serve alcohol on-premise in the state of Utah. The course has been approved by the Utah Division of Substance Abuse & Mental Health. The course must be completed within 30 days of commencement of employment.

The online course takes approximately 3 hours to complete in one setting and is set up into different chapters based on subject matter. The subject matter includes the minimum legal requires of training such as Utah alcohol laws, criminal penalties, civil penalties, and compliance with the Utah criminal code.
